Yes, plan changes take effect immediately. You can upgrade or downgrade directly from your account dashboard. The new pricing will be adjusted for your current billing cycle.

We offer a full refund if you haven't used any credits in your current billing period. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment. Previous billing periods are non-refundable. Simply contact us at hello@foodshot.ai if you're not satisfied.

Yes — preserving your packaging is the core requirement of every packaged-food style. Brand logos, label artwork and product text are reproduced faithfully with sharp edges; the scene, lighting and environment are what change. For very fine print (ingredient-list size), start from a sharp, high-resolution packshot so the smallest characters have enough detail to carry through.

Always. Styles never open, tear or unwrap your product — the package appears exactly as uploaded. When a style calls for showing the food itself, it appears beside the pack only when your own label clearly shows those contents, in the same standard visual language CPG brands use in their campaigns.

A standard e-commerce packshot is ideal: the product straight-on, label facing camera, in focus, at 1024 pixels or larger. A clean phone photo works too — shoot in daylight, fill the frame with the product and keep the label legible. One good input is enough to generate every style in the category.

With a paid plan, you can use every image you create commercially — product pages, marketplaces, paid ads, social and packaging mockups. Note that some marketplaces require a plain white background for the main listing image; use a clean studio style for that slot and lifestyle scenes for the alternate images and A+ content.
